花粉症(>_<)
辛いです(>_<。) 花粉でしょうか。。目が痒くて痒くて大変です。朝起きると目のまわりが赤くなってる。寝ている間にこすっているみたいです。朝目が腫れてるとかなりブルーです(>_<。)眼科に行きたいけど、今時間に余裕がなくて、薬局の目薬使ってます。でも、あんまりきかないですね(/_;)
本番中だけ痒いのを忘れられます。朝と夜が一番痒いのは何故でしょうか？？？ 今も涙が出て大変です。何かいい方法はないかなぁ。

こんばんは。今は名古屋から帰っている新幹線の中から書かせてもらってます。仕事のメールもあったのでPC持参で観劇しました。
花粉症ですか?心配ですね。自分はなった事が無いのでよく分からないのですが回りには何人かなっていて大変そうです。明日は1回公演なので病院に行く時間があればいいのですが・・・。
今日の公演も感動でしたよ。涙で大変でしたが。
中日公演ではウェディングの場面では必ず手拍子がありますね。帝劇や大阪でもありましたが中日は毎回ですね。
あと一週間ですか体調を崩さない様に前半組の千秋楽を迎えられる事を祈ってます。頑張って下さい。

今年も、もお花粉症の季節ですね(**)
去年も辛そうでしたが、今年も本当に辛いですよね・・・・。
ただステージで集中している時は忘れられているんですね！！
さすが、プロ意識の力だと思います。
でも朝と夜がひどいっていうのはなんでなんでしょうかね・・・・。
ちょっとその辺詳しい人に聞いてみようかな。。。
ちなみに、アロマオイルで花粉症などのアレルギー性症状には、ユーカリ、カモミール、サイプレス、ラベンダー、ティートゥリーが効果がありますね。
また、コンビニなどにも売っているFANCLのアレル気サポートを飲む人もいるようですが・・・・。
いずれにしろ自分にあう目薬に、対策を発見したいですね。

花粉ﾒﾁｬﾒﾁｬ辛そうです(＞＜)個人的にｵｽｽﾒは甜茶の錠剤と、試してみてほしいのがフキの味噌汁です！甜茶は自分が花粉の症状でしんどかった時にかなりお世話になりましたが、フキの味噌汁はテレビで実験してて体に優しいし効き目もすごかったので試してみてはいかがでしょうか～？？自分に合った対策がみつかるとよいですね！！では頑張ってください！！

土日観劇ありがとうございました。
そうですね、ウエディングやテナルディエインでは拍手があることが多いですね。お客様が楽しんでくださっているのかなと思うと私も嬉しいです。
今日は昼公演だけだったのでゆっくりしてます。
